Relationship Healing/Mediation
We offer individualized Circles for addressing the roots of conflict in the workplace, family, or friendships. We co-create a healing space for participants to craft steps for moving forward, whether this involves further dialogue, alternative means of communication, boundary setting, or separation.

Sisterhood Circle Fellowship
The Sisterhood Circle trains girls of color for four Saturdays in how to build community in a circle, repair conflicts, communicate effectively, and advocate for self and community. Students gain leadership skills based on a “RJ Girls Leadership Program” evaluated by Georgetown University and co-written by Restorative Houston’s Executive Director, Anita Wadhwa. The curriculum covers the roots of restorative justice, identifying and addressing oppression, public speaking, self-care and mindfulness. Students must apply and join an orientation/interview with a family member on zoom. Accepted students will receive a stipend. APPLICATIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Elder Circle Series
We will sponsor a series of four Circles in May to commemorate Older Americans Month (OAM), which is defined by the Administration for Community Living as “a time to recognize older Americans’ contributions, highlight aging trends, and reaffirm commitments to serving the older adults in our communities.” This series is meant to provide a space of connection for 10-15 elders to foster social connectedness. Elders who attend all sessions will receive a stipend.

Teachers Heal Teachers
A monthly virtual Circle for teachers. Preference is given to those who have worked or currently work in Houston Independent School District. Each Circle is limited to 10 spots.
